🙌 About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and empathetic Practice Success Coach to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about technology, healthcare, and helping people succeed with software.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our customers, who are healthcare professionals and clinic teams, have a world-class experience from the start. You will guide new users through the onboarding process, help them troubleshoot, and ensure they get the most value from Carepatron.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for new and existing users via email, chat, and video calls.
• Support users during onboarding, answering questions and helping them set up their accounts.
• Troubleshoot product issues and escalate them to technical teams when necessary.
• Educate users on platform features, workflows, and best practices.
• Collect feedback from users and advocate for their needs internally.
• Assist in creating help articles, guides, and FAQs to support self-service.
• Collaborate with the product and support teams to improve the customer experience.
• Work with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

🎓 You Might Be a Fit If You

• Are a recent Psychology graduate with a Bachelor's, Master's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Are passionate about technology, healthcare, or SaaS.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Are patient, empathetic, and an excellent problem-solver.
• Love helping people and building relationships.
• Are comfortable using tools like Intercom, Loom, Notion, and Google Workspace.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, remote, and collaborative team environment.
