🙌 About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate who’s passionate about tech, healthcare, and helping people thrive with software.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers (healthcare professionals and clinic teams) have a world-class experience from day one. You’ll guide new users through onboarding, support them with troubleshooting, and help them get the most value from Carepatron.

💼 What You’ll Do

  1. Be the first point of contact for new and existing users via email, chat, and video calls
  2. Support users during onboarding, answering questions and helping set up their accounts
  3. Troubleshoot product issues and escalate to technical teams when needed
  4. Educate users on platform features, workflows, and best practices
  5. Collect feedback from users and advocate for their needs internally
  6. Assist with creating help articles, guides, and FAQs to support self-service
  7. Collaborate with the product and support teams to improve customer experience
  8. Work with a high level of autonomy in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

🎓 You Might Be a Fit If You

  1. Are a recent graduate (Bachelor’s, Master's or equivalent experience)
  2. Are passionate about technology, healthcare, or SaaS
  3. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Are patient, empathetic, and great at problem-solving
  5. Love helping people and building relationships
  6. Are comfortable using tools like Intercom, Loom, Notion, and Google Workspace
  7. Thrive in a fast-paced, remote, and collaborative team environment
