What could your day look like?

• Collaborate with your team on Google Meet or Slack at your daily standup
• Chat with colleagues across the globe
• Identify link opportunities and execute on securing backlinks
• Keep track of backlinks acquired and communicate these to your team
• Jump into a virtual huddle with our content or design leads to workshop solutions or answer your questions

What we're looking for:

• You will have previous experience in executing white-hat link building campaigns for SaaS companies, and be able to tell us about the tactics used, how effective they were in acquiring links, and the impact they had on SEO success.
• You will have experience using professional outreach tools such as Buzzstream
• You are able to write emails in fluent English that grab the readers' attention and make them want to engage
• You have exceptionally high attention to detail
• You are comfortable using technology and can learn to use new software tools quickly
• You are able to use data (such as email open rates, response rates, etc) to identify ways to improve performance

Your day-to-day tasks include:

• Find new and effective tactics to acquire quality backlinks to the website
• Build and maintain lists of prospective domains and identify relevant points of contact
• Create targeted and attention-grabbing outreach emails to send to prospects
• Build and develop relationships with relevant partners in order to gain backlinks in future
• Report on the success of outreach campaigns and continually spot opportunities to improve success
• Identify opportunities for outreach and execute on securing backlinks
• Keep track of backlinks acquired and communicate these to your team
• Developing ideas to enhance our backlink profile and communicating these effectively to other team members
• Guiding our outreach strategy with the possibility of growing this part of our content team in the future

Our preferred candidate has experience in:

• Experience with developing and executing an outreach strategy for a SaaS company
• Writing proficient roles, including copywriting, article/blog writing, PR releases
• Basic SEO understanding
