SMB Account Executive

What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end sales process, from inbound qualification through to close
- Navigate SMB buying cycles, identifying decision-makers, urgency, and next steps
- Run 5-10 new demos per day, while actively progressing deals across your existing pipeline
- Manage a high-volume pipeline with strong structure, prioritization, and momentum
- Lead discovery, demos, and closing conversations with a consultative, customer-first approach
- Clearly articulate Blinq’s value proposition and customer journey to SMB prospects
- Maintain high-quality pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline
- Share customer insights and feedback to help shape product and go-to-market decisions
- Act as a Blinq ambassador, representing our mission, values, and brand in every interaction
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or a high-growth startup1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or a high-growth startup
- Strong commercial judgment with the ability to navigate fast-moving sales cyclesClear, confident communicator with a natural ability to uncover customer needs and tell compelling stories

- Collaborative teammate who values trust, feedback, and building something great together
- Bonus points if you’re familiar with HubSpot
100000 - 150000 USD a year
