Role & Impact
At Blinq, we're reimagining how real-world relationships begin — and this role sits right at the start of that journey. As a Strategy & Operations Manager in our Growth Ops team, you’ll help shape the commercial strategy behind our biggest bets. Working closely with product, data, and GTM teams, you'll drive pilot programs, partnerships, and operational excellence that unlock the next wave of growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and lead pilot initiatives from ideation to commercialisation, owning GTM strategy and execution
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across Sales, Marketing, and Product for key growth partnerships and events
  • Build and operationalise smarter lead scoring models in collaboration with data analysts and engineers
  • Identify bottlenecks in growth workflows and implement solutions that improve performance and scale
  • Monitor and communicate key growth metrics, turning insights into high-impact decisions

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in strategy consulting and/or high-growth tech environments
  • Strong problem-solving and executional rigour with a track record of getting things done
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical horsepower, with comfort using data to inform direction and optimise outcomes
  • A background in economics, engineering or related fields, with demonstrated career progression
