We’re seeking our first Customer Success Manager to help form our foundation team in Austin, Texas. If you thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment and have a passion for building relationships and ensuring business customer satisfaction, this role is for you!
We’re looking for someone that is proactive, process-oriented and communicative to help drive our onboarding process; both creating and executing onboarding documentation for new businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with newly signed businesses clients, helping them navigate our platform, and educating them on best practices.

What You Will Own

  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients and ensure a smooth transition
  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as their main point of contact
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, providing solutions and resources to help them succeed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide the best customer experience possible
  • Outreach to existing customer base to expand use of product within their team

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in customer success or a related field (preferably in the tech startup or Saas space)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and comfort in communicating with clients across all mediums (phone, Zoom and email)
  • Experience with onboarding and managing a large number of clients simultaneously
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and confidence.
  • Team player- ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects at once
